What is your returns policy?

We hope that you are happy with your order. However, if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your purchase for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt of goods. We aim to process all returns & exchanges within 7 days.

Can I exchange an item for another size?

Absolutely! Please email us at info@cameskischool.com with your exchange request so that we can check the stock availability and put the item aside for you.

How can I get in touch about an order?

What are your delivery options?

We are offering shipping within the UK only at this time and use Royal Mail tracked delivery.

Alternatively you can choose to collect your items from the Camel Ski School. As a seasonal business our opening times vary throughout the year, so please call or email to arrange a suitable time to collect your items; tel: 01208 862727 / emailinfo@camelskischool.com.
