Delivery & Shipping

We are offering shipping within the UK only at this time and use Royal Mail tracked delivery. Delivery costs (if applicable) are calculated at checkout – all items under 5kg will be free.  Alternatively you can choose to collect your items from the Camel Ski School. As a seasonal business our opening times vary throughout the year, so please call or email to arrange a suitable time to collect your items; tel: 01208 862727 / email info@camelskischool.com. If you are from outside the UK and are interested in purchasing from us please contact us – as above.  

We aim to process all orders within 24 hours of being placed. Please note that all orders are processed and shipped Monday-Friday (excluding bank holidays). Once you place your order, you will receive an email with a summary of your order details. Please do check your delivery address and let us know immediately if there is an error. Unfortunately, we cannot change the delivery details once your order has been despatched.

You will receive a further email once your order has been shipped with details of how to track your order.


Returns & Exchanges

We hope that you are happy with your order. However, if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your purchase for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt of goods. We aim to process all returns & exchanges within 7 days.

We would encourage our customers to re-use the original packaging and use a reputable fully-tracked service such as those offered by Royal Mail when returning any items. Please include your packing slip within the order.  We advise that you obtain a postage receipt as we cannot be held responsible for any damaged or missing returns.

You will be notified by email once we have received and processed your return. Returns will only be accepted when unworn/unused, unwashed and in their original condition with the original tags and labels attached. Any returns that are damaged, worn, washed, soiled or returned without the original tags and labels attached may not be accepted and may be returned to the customer. We have a stringent quality control process, and all orders are individually checked before being shipped. In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us immediately at info@cameskischool.com and we will gladly arrange to replace the item at our cost.

Once we have received and processed your refund, you will be credited back the full amount to the original payment method. Please allow up to 5 working days for funds to clear in your account. Please note that we are unable to refund original shipping charges or any duties and taxes.

If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, please email us at info@cameskischool.com with your exchange request so that we can check the stock availability and put the item aside for you. Please return your original purchase by the usual returns process as described above. Once we have received and processed your returned item, we will arrange to despatch your replacement item within 7 days. You will not need to pay for further shipping for your replacement item.

Please note that we can only offer an exchange for a different size of the same style and colourway of your original purchase. Only in the case that your desired size is not in stock, we will fully refund you for the returned item and offer you free shipping for an alternative replacement style.
